The house is located appr. 10 minutes from the beach and the town centre, and all important facilities (restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc.) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Many interesting sites are located no more than 40 minutes from the apartment: Red Island, "Brijuni" National Park, the beautiful Limski Channel, the Arena of Pula, Motovun Film Festival, the ancient city walls of Dvigrad, Hum – the smallest city in the world, the Baredine Pit, Palud – Istrian ornithological jewel, Višnjan Observatory, and the artistic heart of Istria – Grožnjan.
